Amy Ervin took time to go over everything that was happening to my heart. Different medications that could help. I started seeing her and Dr Fleet a year ago with a lower ejection fraction and retaining lots of fluid. Fast forward 18 months and my heart is almost perfect. I’m no longer on a diuretic and through medicine, my diet, hers and Dr. Fleets recommendations I’m so much better!! Thank you and 5 stars isn’t enough to express my gratitude.

Amy is absolutely great. Best nurse practitioner I have ever had! She explains everything where I can understand. She follows up when she says she will. Very professional!! Highly recommend her!!!
