My father needed his prescriptions refilled.After contacting the pharmacy one of his medications had 0 refills left. The pharmacy tried to contact her and I called essentia twice and they said they would put a priority request in to her. Guessing she and her staff decided to ignore all three requests, why I don't know. They didn't say she wasn't in. His blood work was recent. All I know is a 90yr old doesn't have his medications. My dad didn't find her very friendly in the appointment he had with her and his switching to a new doctor next month. His previous doctor left essentia a while back and this was his one and only time seeing her. I think she knew he didn't see eye to eye with her and didn't want him as a patient.I just don't know why a doctor would ignore a pharmacy request
