This provider is awful. I went for a second opinion and she fired me as a patient. They would make me come back in to discuss labs or any other testing individually because they say insurance wouldn’t pay. She fired me after the nurse had me take my pants off and said she would be in, andrea briles said it was a “conflict” of interest because I went to heartland women’s center to speak with a actual Dr. She left me high and dry with out another provider because she was butt hurt I went to another provider because she kept grasping at straws. Very unprofessional!! Staff took three days to call me back and the receptionist finally told me after the third day of calling the provider left a note that said it wasn’t a big deal… I had been complaining about pain in my right side for three years. Still nothing done.
