In September 2025 I could barely walk into my primary care office. My primary care A.R.N.P. wasn’t in the office and no other medical person could see me. The secretary gave me the name of an orthopedist, but I couldn’t get an appointment for a month after I got a referral.The following weekend my husband took me to the E.R. because I had intense pain and couldn’t walk. I was sent home and told I had bursitis.Another E.R. in another state told me I likely had a pinched nerve off my L5 vertebrae. He loaded me up with all kinds of medications.My sister kept telling me about her friend who went to get acupuncture for her pinched nerve. I googled Bodhi TCM Acupuncture. To calm my sister, I made an appointment not knowing what to expect.As a retired teacher, I recognized Dr. Andrea and Team Bodhi’s commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives.For me, the treatment plan is working. Today I will have my seventh of eight sessions. I have no more pain and I can walk.
