A family member was referred to him by their primary and Molteni only wanted to schedule once a month for a new patient? He did not return any calls or emails when this person really needed to get in touch with him! Apparently my family member did not matter to him. ?? Shop around and don’t waste your time.

Complete lack of professionalism. Not only was Dr. Molteni not supportive to my request for help, the experience increased my frustration as a result of the inability to get communication on what my copay is. A symptom of my OCD is a difficulty in dealing with my mail. In the last 33 days since my appointment, I have left no less than 3 messages on the practices general mailbox, and at least 2 messages on Dr. Molteni's cell phone re-explaining this difficulty and requesting the amount due verbally, such that I might make payment over the phone. My proactive steps have been met with zero communication. Stay away from Dr. Molteni and Saratoga Psychological. Horrible, unprofessional, uncaring experience!
