I have tried to contact Ferguson for a month now. My child was supposed to have a procedure done. Every time I would contact the ENT department to get some more information about his procedure no one would contact me back. I left several messages with Rhonda, Angela Ferguson as well a male nurse practitioner. When I couldn't get in touch with anyone a nurse advised me to do my own research so I did. An I still had questions. None of my questions was never answer nor did I ever get a call back from anyone concerning my questions. This did not put my mind at ease. I didn't know how long his procedure would be, how was the procedure done nothing, did I have to take off from work after the procedure, was the procedure life threatening. None of my concerns never got answered. So I cancelled my appointment. An will try Duke or Baptist in NC.
