She was rude. Told me she had other patients. When I told her how I felt she closed the door and was combative and unprofessional. I came in with serious concerns. I felt unseen and unheard. Please if you need medical help and this is who you end up with ask for someone else. Less than helpful I left in tears. It's medical staff like her that makes going to the doctor scary. I was begging for answers. I understand I have state insurance but that does not mean I am less of a person. Please don't let this happen to anyone else.
