Ann Bode, APRN

I had a tele-health visit with Ann Bode. At this visit she was not warm at all. She started the visit lecturing me because she did not have all of my health records transferred over from my previous doctor. I was only switching to her clinic due to my insurance requirements. I filled out all of the intake forms when I first got an appointment with her clinic. I assumed they received everything they needed from my previous clinic because I never received an email or phone call stating otherwise. Ann was very abrasive with her conversation with me about how her not having my chart information and it made me feel uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of patients have to pay cash prices for fertility treatments and the first impression of this clinic did not make me want to pay them thousands of dollars. I am a health professional myself and if my colleges treated our patients the way Ann spoke to me I would be embarrassed to work for my company.
