Horrible! She is a discriminatory and hostile individual who disrespects clients, interrupts people incessantly, and overall causes more harm than good - the opposite of what she claims to do in her job. She escalates and provokes problems where non existed and should not be working with anything who has a health condition. She should be ashamed of her unprofessionalism and retire. She can’t seem to understand how listen and without that skill she can’t help anyone. She’s a liability.
