After a lot of trial and error which is common when medicating mental illnesses however with Ms Anne Botelho its a horror show. She does not listen to patient when they are telling her the medication is causing issues including induced depression, induced UTI. She passed both major symptoms off as having nothing to do with the medication. However when I went to new doctor I was put back on the medication that caused UTI and low and behold I got another UTI within 48 hrs. Once medication was discontinued so was the uti. It went away on own without antibiotics. I was placed on new medication that is working wonders for my mental health including anxiety medication Anne refused to prescribe that is needed for someone with complex ptsd and bipolar 1. When she was questioned about issues I was having she fired me as a patient instead of admitting she poisoned me for almost a year and did nothing but make more problems. She shouldn't be allowed to medicate people.
