Terrible, went in for an issue with my periods lasting longer than normal, said she needed a biopsy of my cervix, no heads up on how traumatic the pain would be or lasting effects, nearly passed out, offered a juice and bailed, made some dismissive comment about “the body needing to lay down when the crevix is played with”. I have been bleeding for three days. There is a Lack of empathy and basic bed side manners to care for a patient. I feel like she is a product of a healthcare system that is more focused on checking boxes for insurance issues and entering data then seeing me as a mom of two and a woman who is having discomfort. I don’t know if this something you learn as a MD and her training is lacking or just a characteristic of her personality, but I would not recommend her. We all deserve better than this.
