Ashley isn’t a doctor and it’s clear why. She is unprofessional. I waited 20 mins past appt time while she just sat at her computer until she saw me. When she did I gave her my physical form and she said she refused to sign it because the form says, “if any changes take place within 10 days of program start, patient must submit a full explanation.” I explained to her that meant if any changes from her evaluation and that she would date the evaluation and the 10 days were not necessary to have the physical after it… hence the word “changes.” She could not understand this simple concept and just looked at me, not listening, and said, “I can’t sign that earlier than 10 days before you leave.” Please do not trust someone with your help that doesn’t understand simple concepts. I took off time from work for this appointment and she wasted it. Don’t let her waste your time too or mess with your health!
