During my year-long patient experience with Dr. Musselman, I encountered significant shortcomings in her professional conduct.She led me on to believe I could trust her. Her inadequate training prevented her from providing patients with the respect and dignity they rightfully deserve. Regrettably, Dr. Musselman displayed a lack of empathy and disregarded my concerns.Dr. Musselman’s attention to my concerns was selective, omitting crucial details about my trauma. This profound breach of trust, which I had placed in both Dr. Musselman and the VA, has left me profoundly disappointed with the manner in which she and the VA handled my case.
