I was in the ER over the weekend and this man was my nurse if u can call him that! The only time I saw this man was when he pulled me into a room and started an iv, which was not ever used for anything more than a blood draw, covid swab, and urine culture. He took down my info and was gone. I was left in the room for 5 HOURS and not once did he come in and check on me. During the time when he was taking down information I told him my symptoms and he was like yea uh huh ok, and I told him I saw a dr in stl for PSC which is a serious disorder and he said ok. I’m those five hours he never checked in on me or let me know what was going on. Never got any medicine for pain or nausea and was in there worried bc I had no idea what was going on. They told me all my test were normal and that I prob have covid but too early to tell. When I left he wrote on my paper liver issues? Really? So retested still no covid! And my dr in stl are not happy and want me in soon. So nurse of the year NOT!
