I wish I could give him 0 stars. We brought our 4 year old to his orthopedic urgent care this morning. She will be 5 in 2 months. After waiting to be seen the nurse told us the dr wouldn’t see our daughter bc she isn’t 5 yet. which is fine, i understand protocol. I was hysterical and asked to speak to him for 1 minute just so I could ask some questions to best understand where I should bring my daughter instead being that we were in an emergency situation. He hid around the corner literally 3 feet from me and told the nurse to come tell me that he wouldn’t speak to me. To refuse to speak to a crying mother holding a 4 year old child with a potential broken arm who just waited in your waiting room only to be turned away is cruel. I’m still shocked another human being behaved this way- especially one who is supposedly a caregiver.
