The safety and professionalism was unmatched as well as the best acupuncture treatment for patients such as myself with a long standing history of trauma, mental illness, trauma treatments & therapies, and chronic pain was unmatched by Dr. Mercado. Having sought out for years further medical pain management and treatment strategies for those with severe trauma and have been able to find current and long standing medical care with other professionals, I had yet to find an acupuncture specialist who could provide the necessary care for my needs. She was the first professional acupuncturist to be able to provide the treatments that were necessary and went above and beyond in all areas. She is thorough, exact, warm, safe, comfortable, communicative, responsive, and very patient as well as has an inept sense of accuracy in her skills. She was a great fit and not one of her sessions did I experience pain or even minor discomfort with dry needling, even with sensory issues & hyper sensitivity.
