Dr. Baba Singh, Psy.D

I was referred to the pain management class at Kaiser where Mr. Singh along with others participates as an instructor. I attended the classes for 5 weeks. During those weeks I participated by chat and audio which allowed me to speak to the group and answer questions and participate. I did not use a camera. So during the 6th and final class Mr. Singh said at the beginning that 'too many people don't have their cameras on'. I responded by chat that I didn't have a camera and used a link they sent for online access to the class. That had been acceptable for the 5 prior weeks. Then suddenly Mr. Singh upon reading my post terminated my online access and sent a message YOU WERE DENIED ACCESS TO THE MEETING. I tried to get back online but got that message again. That was an irrational and unprofessional show of temperament and poor judgment on Mr. Singh's part. I was entitled to complete the pain management class which my doctors prescribed for me. I was being punished for not having the technical know how and also preferring to retain my anonymity about my specific medical condition. My pain and suffering took backseat however to Mr. Singh's personal preferences to have faces look back and validate him.
