Becky is a wonderful and compassionate counselor. She utilizes an effective blend of directive and non-directive counseling techniques. She knows how to help you harness your own strength while at the same time providing you with practical and creative tools to get through a challenging situation. I have been seeing her for almost a year now. She helped me navigate through the experience of postpartum depression/anxiety after the birth of my first child. She is now helping me prepare for the birth of my second child. 5 out of 5 stars. Grateful I found her!
