I'm a 53yr old woman with a lot of emotional baggage. I am not new to therapy. I've been in some type of therapy for many years. Ben is a kind, trustworthy, thoughtful therapist. He is open to trying a different approach to therapy as long as it is in my best interest. I feel safe in his care. I know I can say anything in a non-judgemental environment and Ben will be honest with me. He is an excellent counselor. I would recommend Ben Bell to anyone serious about working through issues.
