Dr. Benjamin Richter, Psy.D

I saw Dr Richter last year, he was very thorough and professional. He spent time to review my concerns and go over possibilities prior to testing. I did not feel rushed and was very pleased with the visit. I will say I was very surprised when I received my EOB from Cigna listing him as out of network as their website when searching by name shows in network. Apparently when you search you need to search under behavioral health. They tell me the doctor is not contracted for behavioral health which seems odd to me since his license is in psychology. Beware and triple verify with your carrier, my out of pocket was almost 500 because the insurance is for medical, not behavioral.
