According to the health app on my smartphone my walking steadiness has gone from low to okay since I've been seeing Dr. Brad Vollmer. This decreases my chance of falling, which is important at my age. My pain is more manageable now, too. Brad's work, his advice and the exercises he's assigned all have worked together to make this happen for me.
