He could be great. His back office is abysmal. I called to ask if he did virtual appointments and if took my insurance. They wouldn't tell me. They said I needed a referral before they would tell me and they had specific things that needed to be in the referral. My referral didn't have everything so I worked for several days to get my doctor's office to send the extra information. Once sent, I scheduled an appointment, forgetting that I didn't ask about my insurance. When I got the appointment verification, it said if it wasn't in New York State that they couldn't do virtual. Mind you, they knew my address from the start. I still don't know off they take my insurance. Their procedures are set up to make their lives easier, not their patient's. Again, he could be great, but I will never know. His back office is awful and they couldn't care less. All through the process, they acted like I was wasting their time with my questions. I implore Mr. Hoff to make changes. If you read this a year from now, expect better from them. If not, that's all you need to know.
