I met Brandy Biglow a few years ago when looking for professional help from a counselor. When first thinking of therapy, I kept asking myself "how can another human being with their own problems help me with mine?" This was definetely erroneous thinking and I'm extremely glad that I left all that nonsense aside and looked for help. Brandy helped me understand how my bad habits were auto-sabotaging my succes and how this habits were affecting my relationships, my career and my happiness. She not only helped me understand all this, but she also guided me to create a plan to get rid of my bad habits and finally get to be the better version of myself. I'm so grateful that I found her and that I decided to take this step in my life with a professional like her.
