I saw Dr. Brian Jones in May 2025. Not to undermine other's experience, I had a good experience with office staff. I will say that I had to wait 1/2 hour to see the doctor for a 15-minute visit. The visit would have been shorter, but I pushed Dr. Jones for information by asking several questions like, "what is my diagnosis," and "what caused the problem?" Information that should have been answered by the doctor without being asked. In fact, I felt like I was pulling teeth in order to get answers. All he offered was that he would send a prescription to the pharmacy (I had to ask what the prescription was for) and that I should come back in 2 weeks to see him. I left feeling like this man did not take my problem seriously and all he wanted was to drag this out so he and his practice could make more money. I am concerned that this is becoming standard procedure in private practice. The medicine does not work and I have to see an optometrist to try to get a valid diagnosis and proper care.
