Dr. Brittany Mitchell does not respond to phone calls, get back to you in a timely manner, or put your medication in on time. When receiving feedback about medication scripts not put in on 3+ different occasions and allowing me to go without medication for 6+ days WITHOUT any call back/check-in, she then gas-lit me to say it was "my responsibility" to call their office a week ahead of time to make sure my prescription was filled and showed no concern about the lack of communication from her, her pharmacy coordinator Kayla, or the office communication at Triad Psychiatric. I'm not sure what she gets paid for - as she very clearly does NOT make her patients her priority. If you are looking for someone to actually care about your mental health, I highly encourage you to look somewhere else.
