I've been coming to seeing my counselor Brooke Dey for about a year now. She's a really genuine, wonderful therapist! I felt very comfortable with her pretty much from day one. She's very intuitive with her instincts for what you've been through and seems to always be "right on" with what you need to focus on. She helps you see, what you need to do, to get to that breakthrough point in whatever you need to work on or heal from. I personally have dealt with life long depression, severe ADD, anxiety and childhood trauma/CPTSD. I'm in my late 40's and am just now feeling like I'm working through and getting to a good place. Brooke has been very instrumental in helping me, see through different lens in many ways. Things I would have never came to the conclusion myself without some kind of talk therapy. She's helped me also not be so "hard on myself" & to get to the heart of the matter from what hurt me so much growing up and how to move forward from so much chaos & struggle that i felt most my life. It hasn't been easy. I highly recommend her for her services. It's hard to find a good fit when it comes to finding a therapist, that you truly "feel comfortable", that you can open up to and also just be yourself. She also makes me laugh. She has a great sense of humor in our sessions, coupled with helping me stay focused on what I need to work on. She has my highest recommendation! Thank you.
