I had a virtual appointment scheduled with Caleb Davis as a new patient and had to wait months for the appointment. I needed to get my medication refilled. I got several reminders about the appointment leading up to it. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate for the appointment. The office even called me a week prior to the appointment to move it a half hour earlier which I agreed to. I went to the virtual appointment and waited a full hour and no one showed up. I called the office and no one knew what was going on and said they'd call back and they never did. I called back again and spoke to Alexa and they finally found that my appointment was cancelled because my insurance is out of network. No one bothered to check my insurance even though I provided my insurance when I scheduled the appointment and again when I pre-registered for it. Then no one bothered to let me know my appointment was cancelled even while I waited an hour in the virtual room for the provider to show up.
