Awful. When the dermatologist that hired her left the practice, ms Briggs refused to make appointments with his patients. She ignored requests for medication refills. She ignored every request. When I called the office and asked the staff why I did not hear back I was told that the request was left on ms Briggs’ desk several times, but she cannot be “forced” to respond. Ms Briggs chose the wrong profession.

NP Callie was very thorough and informative during my exam. She discussed everything that she examined in detail. She expressed a true caring nature for my well-being. She created a trusting environment and a positive experience throughout my appointment.
