I’ve never felt more abandoned and mistreated by a medical professional than I have by Dr. Camillo Paredes and the team at Advance Med Clinic. I was a loyal, long-term patient. I trusted this office with my care — and in return, I was met with shocking disregard for my health, my dignity, and my humanity.After my most recent visit, Dr. Paredes prescribed medications that are essential to my well-being. But when I followed up to have those prescriptions filled, the office refused — no explanation, no help, and eventually, no response at all. My calls were ignored. My concerns were dismissed. I was left without the medications I needed, in a state of confusion and distress.To make things worse, the LVN Kat B. made this experience even more degrading. When I tried to speak with or see my doctor, she repeatedly and coldly said, “You’re dismissed.” She refused to let me talk to Dr. Paredes or even be heard. Her tone was harsh, unprofessional, and shockingly void of empathy.
