I cannot say enough about Candace. From the first time I met her she listened to not only my history but my concerns and future goals. We discussed in length how to get there and she has been working with me closely for a year now. The care and support she provides while taking into account your personal needs makes you feel heard. In addition to her vast knowledge on ways to help you get to where you want to be, she always takes the time to explain any new medications on how they work and why she recommends them or even why she doesn't. That is something I have not experienced in any other form of healthcare. Prior experiences were just a here take this and feel better. With Candace, starting anything new is always done with thought and care and a follow up to check in on how things are going. I think especially as a woman it can be hard to feel heard on your honest feelings and concerns and Candace has always listened sincerely and made me feel cared for been supportive in expressing that my emotions and needs are valid. I look forward to seeing her each time as it is always a positive experience and I leave feeling better each time with a plan and knowing that if I need to, as I have before, I can reach out for help at any time and she always follows up with me timely. It is the only medical setting I have felt like family and not a number.

Candace has been absolutely amazing and has helped me so much in the past two years with getting my life back under control. She truly cares about her patients and it shows each and every time I see her, I couldn’t ask for a better nurse practitioner.
