Provider cancelled appointment without notice, extremely unprofessional. Office staff had no explanation other than "she is out of the office." Not only unprofessional, it is of poor character of the provider and a true insight into how the practice is managed. I waited a half a year for this appointment and could have used that time to seek reliable, punctual care. I was told by a staff member that I could make another appointment but it is "booked out". After reading reviews online, I rued that I didn't do my research earlier, I would have known that this empathetically vapid soul would pull a shady stunt. And I know it was sneaky because everything was set online the night before: the video link, the paperwork submitted requested by multiple notifications reminding of the appointment. At the time I was expected to connect, everything had vanished on their end. I called the office worried I'd miss this long awaited appointment only to hear the lame excuse and with the proposal of another long wait, no thanks. I want serious care from someone who puts their profession and patients first.

Caroline Kuria was Insensitive, rude, had no compassion and I was literally in tears after our appointment. She also declined to refill my prescriptions even after I fulfilled her requests, which was very dangerous because stopping my meds can cause seizures and I also have a dangerous heart condition. She doesn’t even deserve 1 star! She was awful to deal with.
