Dr. Carolyn Vicchiullo, Psy.D

I would highly recommend Dr. Vicchillo to anyone seeking psychological counseling. She has a very analytical yet caring and personal approach that readily gets to the heart of the issues at hand. She asks probing questions in a casual way that puts the patient at ease. This was very helpful for me as she gained my trust almost immediately. This allowed me to share very sensitive and personal health issues. At the end of our phone sessions, over the course of 3+ months, I learned techniques that helped me to deal with pre and post operative stress, and I walked away with some important life lessons about myself that I will always use in the future.Dr. Vicchiullo was as important as my primary physician in not only preparing for surgery, but ensuring my mental health was strong which facilitated a rapid and complete recovery.
