Dr. Freeman was an excellent therapist—approachable, knowledgeable, and lighthearted. He helped me dig deeper and become more comfortable addressing parts of myself that needed healing. I especially appreciated our discussions around deeper ideas and spirituality, which I found very meaningful. Our work together also made a noticeable improvement in my sleep.
I highly recommend Charlie’s services for anyone looking for improvements in sleep, anxiety, and overall mood. Charlie is an expert in his field and the results prove it. I found him very easy to talk to with his calm and easy going personality. With the proven cognitive based therapy techniques he showed and taught me, I was able to reduce my baseline anxiety dramatically after about five sessions. My sleep has improved and while I’m still on the improvement journey, I am confident and hopeful that by continuing the techniques he taught me I will attain even more improvement.
I worked with Dr. Freeman for about 2 years and he helped me process multiple issues from major stress to insomnia. I’m happier, sleeping better, and managing stressors in a more healthier way.
Weekly sessions with Dr. Freeman truly transformed and boosted my mental health journey. The progress I made with him is immeasurable. Scheduling was flexible, we would sometimes meet in person, other times through Telehealth. I would most definitely recommend seeing him.

Before meeting with Dr. Freeman i was in a very dark place in my life. Mentally, emotionally, and had issues falling asleep or even coping with normal daily functions. Dr. Freeman helped me get back on my feet and get my life back on track. I’m definitely indebted to him. I recommend his services to anyone in need of help.
Dr. Freeman is an excellent listener, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Working together, we were able to unravel the causes of my insomnia, and he suggested numerous techniques including (hypnosis, CBT, and EMDR) to help me achieve better sleep. The process took twelve sessions. One of the things that has been so beneficial is that I left therapy with several strategies to use when I wake up at night. My insomnia hasn’t returned even during very stressful periods of my life. I highly recommend Dr. Freeman because he is easy to talk to, offers excellent insight and explanations, and has a wealth of techniques that have helped me achieve peace and balance in my life. He is a caring practitioner who is truly concerned about his patients’ well-being.
I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Charles Freeman. I began seeing Dr. Charlie this year when I decided I wanted to start a family, and realized that my sleep medications (which I had absolutely depended on for YEARS) were not allowed during pregnancy. Initially I was very skeptical if it were even possible to sleep without the help of medication (as I had previously tried and failed), but with his advice and support I was slowly able to turn off my brain naturally. Dr. Charlie has a plethora of tricks up his sleeves in order to help you sleep better and reduce your anxiety surrounding sleep. He offers a variety of tactics you can use from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to meditation, to foods to enhance your quality of sleep. On top of being an expert in his field, Dr. Charlie is genuine and kind. I appreciated his gentle demeanor and found him pleasant to talk to. He understood what I needed in therapy, and took into account my concerns and personal limitations - it was a very tailored experience. Without hesitation, I recommend his services!
