I wouldn't let this Dr. Ratcliff do anything but maybe glasses. Had an issue after eye surgery, Unable to help me. Mostly ignored my questions about should I go back to the surgeon. Told me I was done even after numerous visits even though I was still having blurred vision in one and discharge in both. Told me that the blurred vision was from irritation in my let eye. II asked him if that was so why didn't I have it in my right eye which had a heavier discharge than my left eye. So I went to the surgeon after Dr Ratcliff was able to give any satisfaction is treatment or answers. So guess what? My issues were easily fixed. Both were simple fixes and Dr Ratcliff should have known and told me what they were. I had scar tissue in the left eye from surgery and a gland problem in my right eye. Doctor Ratcliff needs to go back to school. Tne surgeon was shocked that he didn't tell these things when I asked. Scare tissue is common after surgery and can be removed with a laser. The other issue can need different treatments to resolve. Start with the easiest first. Then go from there. I asked Dr. Ratcliff several times about the continue blurriness in my eye. Mostly got no answer or comment in response. This very poor patient care. So beware on going to this doctor for eye care. You may not get the proper. care that you need
