Christianne Jaffe, APRN

Nurse Practitioner Christianne Jaffe and I have been working together since December on January on a complicated issue that I am having. All three times I have come in, she has been an intense listener and solely focused on helping me. She has always been respectful and listened to me as we discuss different treatment options and different ideas. She has often consulted with doctors and surgeons in the office that have given insights and opinions to aid in the process of finding a solution for my specific problem. As she was following up with me on how the visit went yesterday and as I walked towards the door, I said, thank you for all of your time and that I feel very well cared for. It is not possible that I could have had a better experience. The next morning I received a phone call with a perfect summation on all of the follow up that she volunteered to do with her team of doctors and gave me an improved path forward. It was a perfect example of patient care.
