Dr. Urcinas is very adept at helping her patients identify barriers to their healing. I was fortunate enough to have been able to see her for longer than typically permitted by INOVA as a result of COVID and was able to transition to a new provider with a set of coping mechanisms and tools to help me deal with my trauma head-on. An excellent doctor, highly-highly recommend.
