She is limited with her choice of words. She kept saying Refused better choice of word is Decline since you do not know why the person do not want to take a type off medication. Last Friday December 6th 2024 when I spoke with her she never said I have to set and appointment with the Doctor. I did not hear this.Today December 10th 2024 she said I thought we had an understanding of that otherwise we will not sign off on paper work. No Ma’am had you said that I would - since I know I had to schedule with DR. Noorani from last visit, but had to get the Labs done first unfortunately out the spur of moment I ended up with high BP real bad and could not get the Labs done. Due too this I cannot watch my work computers or even TV or listen to music it is just too muchI would not want her for my nurse for sure no ma'am sir.Words are highly effective when it is used in context with the conversion, it can transpire a positive or negative feeling and leave the person happy.
