My husband was referred to Dr. Liff for neurological testing. After the testing took place she told me to schedule and appointment with his neurologist in 2 or 3 weeks for results. I scheduled it for 5 weeks later. However, when we arrived for the appointment, we were told that the reports had not yet been sent. I find this to be a dereliction of duty and poor customer service.
