Christine Possemato, NP

I've been with Christine for years now and I can honestly say that she is the most amazing person I've ever met. She actually listens, she goes over my treatment plan with me thoroughly and has unbelievable patience. If it wasn't for Christine I absolutely would not be here today and I am extremely lucky to be under her care!!! Thank you for everything you do for me Christine!!!!

Only conducted her practice via phone, which was odd to begin with. She called me an hour late at my 2nd appointment, then just didn't call at all for my next appointment. I tried to call her office to reschedule and didn't get a callback (but magically got my prescriptions refilled when they got that voicemail). Her office tried to gaslight me into telling me they called and left me "multiple" voicemails. She tried to claim she called for my appt and I didn't answer. I had no missed calls, no voicemails, no issues with my phone whatsoever, and they had my correct number on file. Essentially, the clinic abandoned me and then tried to tell me it was my fault. They got hostile when I left a poor review online and they told me I could no longer be a patient because I left a poor review. It was all around a TERRIBLE and unprofessional and UNETHICAL thing to witness, especially as a fellow mental health professional. And she was recommended to me by another medical professional/friend. Absolutely unbelievable experience.

Absolute mess of a practice.

I have had the displeasure of meeting Christine and her staff, no regard for patients time or scheduling. A nightmare for waiting, just to be urged to start medications.

I have been going to Christine since 2018 and she matches her patients energy. If you are missing appointments and wasting the offices time then they are not going to chase you down and you probably aren’t going to receive the best care ( their own fault IMHO) no one made me write this - I’m writing it bevsuse I think it’s absurd how ungrateful and weird some patients can be with healthcare providers - especially when a good clinician comes along and actually wants to help them and move forward and it gets taken advantage of . I have been atrocious to her staff and I have been respectful and I got a lot further when I was respectful and patient.
