My experience here was exceedingly uncomfortable and unpleasant. Felt as though none of my concerns were addressed. When asked questions, she proceeded to get very aggressive and almost condescending. Goes off topic frequently and kept asking a series of inappropriate questions about my personal life and relationships which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Felt I kept having to steer the conversation back to why I made an appointment and my symptoms, then rushed out of the office with no plan of care. Did not address issues which brought me to the office in the first place. Post appointment, I called to discuss my concerns with the office staff, as symptoms got worse and I left the appointment feeling uncomfortable after the interaction. They were unhelpful, dismissive and no solutions were offered to address my condition.

She will instantly diagnose you with fibromyalgia within minutes, regardless of other accompanying established illnesses or symptoms. Until labs start coming in proving otherwise, then quickly changed tune. Once that happened, she couldn’t be bothered. Ego and attitude is a big problem that needs addressing. Countless red flags during multiple visits over time. Personally did not feel comfortable with the nonstop pushing of black box medications that should only be appropriately monitored and prescribed by a mental health professional, not an RN. When the time came that my disease was active, no actions were taken, no appointments scheduled to follow up or medical assistance. Office itself is a train wreck, perhaps too busy or just lazy? Nurses were obnoxious and unprofessional on countless occasions. If you have a question, don’t expect a call back. You will have to learn to monitor and stay on top of your own labs here, not something I was personally comfortable with.
