Waited for over 40 minutes. Clients were seen before me yet entered after me. They book appointments too close together for a 5 min. adjustment. The adjustment worked, but the wait and frustration was not worth it. Waiting room was packed during COVID when everyone was supposed to be 6’ apart- not possible in waiting room. 5 seats all taken. When the room was full, I was moved to wait in an unused exam room. Walked out.
