I had a very frustrating experience with this eye office due to poor communication and a lack of accountability from both the Northborough and Worcester locations.This kind of disorganized scheduling and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.I received an email confirmation a week prior to my appointment clearly stating that my exam was scheduled for 3:20 PM in Northborough. I arrived at the Northborough office at 3:05 PM, only to be told they were not seeing patients that day and that my appointment was actually scheduled at the Worcester location. Confused, I showed them my confirmation email, which still listed Northborough as the appointment location at 3:20 PM.I asked if they could contact the Worcester office to let them know I was on my way. They refused, saying the Worcester office would only see me if I arrived within 15 minutes of my appoi
