Dr. Olson has always been very concerned and professional. My family has gone to him for many years. His support staff has always been super efficient and friendly...until the last time. The last was quite a rude experience. I didn't know how to report it, or have it explained. As a result, I have not been back. I do need to be seen. I trust Dr. Olson with my sight. I would like to have this resolved so I can schedule an appointment. Please advise. Thank you.
