Christy is very responsive and knowledgeable. She stays current with all new medications and therapies and is very thorough in her assessments. She is caring and professional. Highly recommend.

Sessions could not possibly be less meaningful, I only kept going so that I could get my medications refilled because it’s hard to get in with new providers at the moment. My sister went to Christy before me and was once refused to be seen for her appointment because she was a few minutes late, which is unfair considering I have sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes or more despite being on time nearly every appointment. Recently, I had to reschedule or do an online appointment and texted the number that I texted before to reach Christy. I received no response, but assumed this was fine and then never received anything back. We also called a couple times and left voicemails but it was apparently the wrong number. I had seen it in an email, and as I’ve already established with Christy, I’m struggling with confusion and my memory is not great with how severe my conditions are. Despite explaining this once I realized she had charged me $75 for a no show, she refuses to refund me. Her daughter, who is her assistant, was giggling on the phone despite me being nice about it in the beginning to try to resolve the situation despite my frustration. Christy then goes on to gaslight me, saying that I have had multiple no show appointments. I asked for the dates and she obliged, but one of the two dates in question she said I had a migraine and overslept. That one is possible but that is not my fault either, considering I have struggled with chronic migraines my entire life. So, see Christy if you’re comfortable with gaslighting and only need your medications sent for refill.
