After my experience I am not surprised to see her rating so low... The first few appointments with Cindy were great. Then after careful adherence to her treatment plan, she got VERY angry with me that it was not working. She compared me to a patient giving me specifics of that patient (no name), but age, occupation, gender, diagnosis. If that is not against HIPAA, it is in the very least deeply unethical. I went once more after this and she was rude again, and also did not listen to me. A staff member requested someone from the hospital reach out to me about this incident, but the hospital is definitely not interested since they never reached out.
