They purposefully gave a vague estimate on what their cost was when I called to make an appointment. They charge $100 for the routine eye exam and an additional $85 for contact lenses. I brought in my previous contact prescription, which the doctor simply wrote down. Then they gave me the contacts to try on, which were not even the correct prescription strength, because apparently they did not have my proper prescription. Then they looked at my eyes for ten seconds. This cost $85. Tell me how you can properly evaluate someone for contact lenses if you do not even provide the proper prescription? The routine eye exam was also done very quickly. The doctor did not seem to care. Please save yourself money and go elsewhere for better service. I have been going for eye exams for over twenty years, and this was the most rushed and unpersonalized service I have ever experienced. The lady at the front desk is also exceptionally rude and condescending.
