WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After spending 2+ hours in the office the first visit, 5 were spent with the provider, I had to return to the office to get my contact prescription "approved". This step is would be redundant for most providers, but when a patient history isn't taken and patient requests aren't consider this was necessary. My follow-up appointment took 30 minutes, which still feels too long. The equipment and techniques are outdated.
