I was referred by a specialist. Staff was rude. DR. was pleasant but didn't explain. I arrived fir contacts and the bill was 800 Dollars after insurance was told my eyes were not medically necessary. Called my insurance they were given the run around. I got my insurance on the line and went down to the office manager was shocked. She was told to release me so I could go elsewhere. Office charged me 80 for a fitting I never had. Went to a new Dr. everything was covered and my eyes were deemed medically necessary and I paid 0 dollars. Beware of this office! DR. was part of Rocky Mountain eye center previously. Manager didn't know proper codes according to my insurance.
