She’s kind, she actively listens and repeats back to you but not in a making sure she didn’t miss something but to assure you she heard and understood. She is very positive and honest and extremely upbeat! I’ve had manyyyyyy counselors in my time and she by far exceeds all of my expected actions. She will make sure even if you drink all of your milk, you will thoroughly understand and recognize that your glass is still half full! Highly recommend!
