We went to Dr. Malcolm when our 17yr old needed a neuropsychological evaluation. The initial meeting, day of evaluation, and discussion of his report were all very thorough and reassuring. Dr. Malcolm listened to our questions, explained concepts well, and his written report was thorough and detailed. He was knowledgeable about insurance coverage. Dr. Malcolm took his time explaining the results and his diagnosis. He emphasized strengths while acknowledging the difficulties our child has and will have in the future. We left with a good understanding of how to support our child and secure services in college. Dr. Malcolm has a wonderful manner and sense of humor that do not detract from the seriousness of diagnosis.
